! If you’re looking for a highly trained and skilled healing arts practitioner to support orthopedic and/or energetic healing, you’ve come to the right place.

After 24 years of experience and training in a variety of massage therapy modalities, I specialize in Integrative and Orthopedic Massage, using pressure that sinks to the 'good hurt' to change tissue patterns contributing to pain and dysfunction. 

My set of skills and credentials includes Energy Healing, as a Practitioner and Facilitator with Awakening Healing Axis (awakeninghealingaxis.com). I have been ‘practicing’ weaving 'AHA's' advanced healing fascia techniques into orthopedic massage since 2017, to deepen the work a client receives on my table... AHA's intuitive techniques support shifts in a client's energy field; to facilitate and deepen self-healing and self-care; and to support healthier energetic patterns in and around the physical body.  Integrating energy healing and massage orthopedics together creates a joy-full reunion and repatterning of body, mind, and spirit — this integration seems to deepen and expand the overall effectiveness of each modality alone, creating a more holistic and powerful result.

As energy healing is a ‘non-local’ practice and skillset, benefit may also be experienced in remote appointments… Do ask about this possibility. I myself have received profound benefit and transformation in body, mind, and spirit in receiving work this way - and observed wonderful shifts and changes in clients who choose to experience remote healing work.

I charge $90 for the first session with clients, so that we can review paperwork and health history, and for a 75 minute hands-on massage/energy experience that allows me to get a more thorough 'feel for' a client's Being than just an hour massage allows.  My fee thereafter is $90 an hour.  I can support lower income clients with a fair exchange as arranged one on one, if or when a series of weekly appointments is needed for a period of time.  Fascia research supports that these types of 4-8 week, 1-2 times a week, 'health series' of orthopedic work helps to more effectively repattern the long term fascia/tissue issues that stick in our bodies/Beings.  I provide basic tools for client energetic and/or physical self care to support clients in between appointments when doing a focused series.  Practices for stretching, boundaries, and grounding are also shared for clients who choose to weave routine monthly or otherwise preventive maintenance appointments into their self care... I do refer out to professionals (physical therapists, more advanced healing practitioners, and others) who have more extensive training in other modalities when appropriate. This 'pro-active maintenance' helps us all to 'practice' healthy movement and supports our bodies and Beings in health and vibrance!
